A broker specializing in commercial real estate, Shlomo Benarroch has an in-depth knowledge of real estate investment values. On the strength of his 10 years of experience in the Montréal market, he sees to every aspect of his major transactions. No detail escapes him, from analyzing leases, studying data and financial forecasts to the establishment of an advanced economic structure. Regardless of the type of buildings he is asked to find or sell, income properties or large commercial spaces, his clients can count on the same flexibility, the same commitment and the same remarkable knowledge of the field.

Background & Experience
With NAI Terramont Commercial since 2008 as an expert in real estate investment valuation, Shlomo Benarroch has succeeded in basing his credibility on conclusive results, since he can take credit for 150 transactions, totalling over $75 million and 1.2 million ft2.2.
During his undergrad at the Sy Syms School of Business of Yeshiva University in New York, Shlomo first worked with the private sector, negotiating major transactions, particularly with U.S. Bank and MBNA.
Given his valuable experience in the financial world, it is not surprising that he quickly became interested in investments sales in the industrial sector and decided on a career in commercial real estate.
In 2008, he obtained his broker’s licence from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec. At the same time he studied high-performance tools useful to the profession, including Argus Valuation (valuation discounted cash flow software, which he mastered 10 years ago), which offers detailed market analyses, valuation reports and site studies for the best long-term investments.
A Montrealer by origin, Shlomo lived in New York, where he learned to do things differently. Working in that bustling metropolis allowed him to hone his negotiating skills and perfect his solid abilities as an analyst.
When he is not keeping abreast of the latest trends in real estate investment values, Shlomo is engaged in his community as a volunteer. He is president of his synagogue and involved in different philanthropic causes.
