Scope of Experience

Laurent Lauzon specializes in land development and commercial development. He began his career in 1976 after completing his studies in Administration. His first job was with the Campeau Corporation where he occupied the position of Shopping Centres Manager, with responsibility for the administration of five shopping centres in Quebec. Following that, he occupied the position of Leasing Manager at Toulon Développement, on whose behalf he arranged the lease of shopping centres in both Quebec and the Maritimes. He then moved to SBI Management, occupying the position of Regional Manager for the entire province of Quebec. In this position, his functions included administering shopping centre revenues and expenses, promotional budgets, lease renewals and the leasing of vacant space. His last managerial position was with Royal LePage in Toronto, where he worked in the Capital Realty division administering shopping centres, office buildings and industrial complexes.

Following this ten years of experience in real estate management, Laurent Lauzon decided to reorient his career and joined the team at Trust Général du Canada (a division of I.C. & I.) as a real estate broker in 1987. In 1993 he joined Élan International and remained with them until 2005, the year the company became affiliated with NAI Terramont Commercial, with whom he is working to this day. Over the years, Laurent Lauzon has developed a very wide business network, which has greatly contributed to his success.

Laurent Lauzon specializes in the property and commercial development sectors. He started his career in 1976 after completing his studies in Administration. His first job was for the Campeau Corporation, where he occupied the position of Mall Director. During that time, he managed 5 malls across Québec. Then, he worked as a Rental Director for Toulon Développement, where he oversaw the rental of commercial spaces in various malls in Québec and the Maritimes. He then worked for SBI Management, where he worked as a Regional Administrator for all of Québec; he oversaw the management of income and expenses of properties, promotional budgets, lease renewal as well as vacant space rentals. His last position as an administrator was for the capital real estate services division at Royal LePage in Toronto, where he was responsible for malls, business offices and industrial buildings.

Following those 10 years of experience in real estate management, Laurent Lauzon redirects his career towards real estate brokerage. In 1987, he joined the Canada Trust General team in the I.C. & I division. In 1993, he joined the Élan international real estate firm, which merged with NAI Terramont Commercial in 2005. Since then, he pursues his career among our team. Along the years, Laurent Lauzon has developed a vast network of business relations that largely contribute to his success.
