Alain Côté possède une vaste expérience dans le domaine des affaires. Suite à ses études universitaires en administration, il a travaillé au sein de grandes institutions financières canadiennes. Il a participé à plusieurs montages financiers de plusieurs millions de dollars dans divers secteurs d’activités de l’économie.

Par la suite, il a travaillé au sein d’une des plus importantes sociétés de construction et de développement immobilier au Québec. Pour cette société, il a élaboré et mis en place des financements hypothécaires de grande importance pour divers projets immobiliers tels condominiums, immeubles de bureaux et hôtels.

Gestionnaire aguerri dans le redressement de projets immobiliers, on lui a confié la gestion d’un portefeuille immobilier de plus de 100 000 000 $ qui incluait des immeubles à bureaux, deux complexes hôteliers ainsi que des copropriétés résidentielles. Avec un travail acharné, il a réussi à faire d’un projet de copropriété en difficulté un succès financier.

Son expertise l’a conduit au sein d’une importante société immobilière française pour laquelle il a géré et redressé divers projets immobiliers au Québec, tout en lui permettant de participer à des projets immobiliers en France.

En 1998, la SITQ lui a confié le mandat de gestion et de redressement d’un projet immobilier en difficulté. Il redressa le projet de façon remarquable dû à ses qualités de gestionnaire.

En 2004, après avoir obtenu son certificat de courtier immobilier, il se joint à la firme Binswanger-Québec avec le courtier Paul-Éric Poitras et depuis 2005, il est un courtier actif auprès de la société NAI Terramont Commercial.

Alain Côté possède une forte expérience dans la négociation de baux pour les utilisateurs d’espaces à bureaux et industriels.

Selon lui, être à l’écoute de ses clients est la base de toute négociation.

Ses expériences et ses compétences lui permettent de proposer des solutions avantageuses à ses clients et ainsi rencontrer les objectifs financiers de ceux-ci.

Alain Côté possesses a vast experience in the business field. Following his studies at university in Administration, he has worked within important Canadian financial institutions. He has participated in various financial assemblies of multiple millions of dollars throughout diverse sectors of economic activity.

Furthermore, he has worked for one of the most important construction and real estate development societies in Québec. Within that society, he has elaborated and set in place financial mortgages of great importance for various real estate projects such as condominiums, office buildings and hotels.

A disciplined administrator in the settlement of real estate projects, he was trusted with the management of a real estate portfolio of over 100 000 000 $ which included office buildings, two hotel complexes as well as residential co-properties. Working relentlessly, he successfully turned a co-property in trouble into a financial success.

His expertise has driven him to an important French real estate society for which he has managed and rectified diverse real estate projects in Québec while participating in real estate projects in France.



In 1998, the SITQ has confided in him management and recovery mandate for a struggling real estate project. He rectified the project in a remarkable way thanks to his management skills.

In 2004, after obtaining his real estate brokerage certificate, he joined the Binswanger-Québec firm with fellow real estate broker, Paul-Éric Poitras. Since 2005, he is an active real estate broker within the NAI Terramont Commercial society.

Alain Côté has noteworthy experience in negotiating leases for office and industrial building users.
